This Shipping Policy governs the shipping, delivery, and logistics terms for all footwear orders placed on our official store. By completing your purchase, you agree to the shipping terms stated below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional peak periods will be processed on the next working day.
Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, product packaging, and logistics arrangement. We strictly check shoes quality, size, color and packaging before shipment to ensure intact delivery.
2. Shipping Regions & Carriers
We provide worldwide shipping service to most countries and regions globally. We cooperate with reliable international logistics carriers to ensure stable and safe delivery.
Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout according to your delivery address. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping carrier without prior notice if the designated carrier is temporarily unavailable, ensuring equivalent shipping speed and service quality.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on destination country, shipping method and customs clearance progress. The estimated shipping time is for reference only:
- Domestic Areas: 3–7 business days
- Neighboring Regions: 7–12 business days
- North America / Europe: 10–20 business days
- Other Remote Regions: 15–25 business days
Note: Peak seasons, holidays, weather conditions, local logistics delays or customs clearance may cause slight delivery delays, which are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the product weight, package size, shipping distance and selected shipping method, and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.
We offer free standard shipping for orders that meet our minimum spending threshold (specific amount subject to real-time checkout display).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or brokerage fees charged by the destination country’s customs department.
These additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover customs duties, import taxes or any related local charges. We cannot predict customs policy changes of each country.
If the package is returned or abandoned due to the buyer’s refusal to pay duties and taxes, the original shipping cost and return freight will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and official tracking link. You can check the real-time logistics status online at any time.
Logistics information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment, which is a normal system delay.
7. Shipping Restrictions & Undeliverable Situations
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, and remote restricted areas in individual countries. Please fill in a valid detailed residential or commercial address when placing an order.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address, invalid contact information, recipient rejection, or long-term unclaimed, the resulting return freight and handling fees shall be borne by the buyer.
8. Lost or Damaged Package
- Lost in transit: We will verify the logistics status with the carrier. Confirmed lost packages will be offered with full refund or free reshipment.
- Damaged during shipping: Please take photos of the outer package and damaged items within 48 hours after receipt. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
9. Order Modification & Cancellation Before Shipment
You can apply for address modification or order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order enters the packaging and shipping process, no modification or cancellation is supported.

We reserve the right to update and revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our official website shall take effect immediately.
